Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 37 Covert Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The site is three blocks away from the Halsey Street subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. Yaniv Nasimi is listed as responsible for the application.

The 45-foot tall structure will yield 7,680 square feet, with 5,550 square feet dedicated to residential use. Eight apartments will be created in the structure, averaging 694 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Tenants will have a laundry room, and storage in the cellar.

L&C Associates will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have been filed for the site in late December 2017, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
