Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 232 East 18th Street in Prospect Park South, Brooklyn. The site is four blocks away from the Church Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the B and Q trains. The commercial Flatbush Avenue is just four blocks away from the site, providing future tenants with access to a plethora of retail amenities. Anfiri Realty LLC is responsible for the project.

The 75-foot tall structure will yield 23,420 square feet of space within, with 19,950 square feet dedicated to residential use. 28 apartments will be created, averaging 713 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.

Nine parking spaces will be created on the ground level. A recreational space will be created on the top floor, incorporating indoor and outdoor space with a maximum capacity of 47 people.

Zproekt Architects will be responsible for the design.

The site is currently undeveloped, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
