Updated Plans Filed For 8-29 Astoria Boulevard, Astoria, Queens

Updated plans have been released for a mixed-use project coming to 8-29 Astoria Boulevard, in Western Astoria, which YIMBY previously reported on in May of 2016. Plans call for the new structure to to rise a total of 58 feet, divided between six stories.

The structure is slated to offer a total of 58,340 square feet of space, 32,580 square feet of which will be dedicated to residential use. In total, 47 new units will be created, averaging a size of 693 square feet, normally indicative of rentals.

Another 5,550 square feet of space will be devoted to a community facility. At the base, the development will also include 27 parking spaces.

The site is under development by Astoria Boulevard Construction, who picked up the property in February of 2015 for a reported $4,767,842. Angelo NG & Anthony NG Architects Studio will be responsible for the design.

No demolition permits have been filed as of yet, nor has an estimated completion date been released.

  1. Please pardon me for using your space: Bring the best with its site.
