Permits Filed For 1665 42nd Street, Borough Park, Brooklyn

Permits have been filed for a three story building at 1665 42nd Street, in the Borough Park neighborhood of Brooklyn. The site sits one block east of the Ditmas Avenue subway station, which offers service on the F line. Cityscape Build will be responsible for the development.

The project is slated to rise 35 feet tall and offer up a total of 5,135 square feet of space. Two residential units will be created, likely condominiums given their generous size.

Thomas Kenneth will be responsible for the design.

No demolition permits have been filed as of yet nor has a completion date been made available.

  1. Please pardon me for using your space: Work in details. (Hello YIMBY)

  2. Well they certainly butchered that old house. Demolition can’t come soon enough.
