A Valhalla, N.Y.-based property owner has filed applications for two two-story, two-family houses at 3258 and 3260 Waterbury Avenue, in the East Bronx’s Country Club section. The new buildings will measure 4,232 square feet and 4,225 square feet, respectively. Across both, the full-floor residential units should average 1,774 square feet apiece, indicative of apartments with family-sized configurations. Each structure will also come with three off-street parking spaces. Gino O. Longo’s College Point-based firm is the architect of record. The 8,123-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits were filed in September.

  1. I miss my “work in progress” while twin two-story is appearing, major sides are on apartments with family-sized configurations.

  2. Incredibly ridiculous. Country Club is far from the subway. That’s why it’s a low slung neighborhood that looks like it could still be a part of Westchester County (see where the name comes from). Every adult who lives there will need to drive. More and more cars on the streets.
