Four-Story, Two-Unit Townhouse Coming to 26 Suydam Place, Bedford-Stuyvesant

An anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC has filed applications for a four-story, two-unit residential building at 26 Suydam Place, in southern Bedford-Stuyvesant. The new building will measure 3,015 square feet. One of the apartments, measuring roughly 600 square feet, will be located on the ground floor. The second one, measuring roughly 1,800 square feet, will span the second through fourth floors. Olabanji B. Awosika’s Jamaica-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 18-foot-wide, 1,242-square-foot lot is vacant.
