Brooklyn-based Infinity Properties has filed applications for a four-story, 10-unit residential building at 203 Quincy Street in western Bedford-Stuyvesant. The project will measure 10,866 square feet and its residential units should average 748 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. One of the apartments on the fourth floor will feature space on an upper penthouse level. Forest Hills-based ARC Architecture + Design Studio is the architect of record. The 38-foot-wide, 3,750-square-foot plot was occupied by a three-story townhouse until that was demolished this past summer. The Bedford-Nostrand Avenues stop on the G train is four blocks away.
