Foundation work is now underway on phase two of Provost Square, a two-towered mixed-use development half-way complete in downtown Jersey City. The first phase of the project, The Morgan at Provost Square, at 160 Morgan Street, opened for occupancy in late 2015. It rises 38 stories and contains 420 residential units, as well as 13,020 square feet of retail. The second phase will consist of a 28-story tower with 505 residential units and retail space. Photos of the phase two site can be seen posted to the YIMBY Forums.

Toll Brothers City Living is the developer and SLCE Architects is behind the design. A construction timeline is unknown.
