695 6th Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, 32-unit residential building measuring 34,623 square feet spanning the lots of 695-705 6th Avenue, in South Slope. Karl Fischer is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be removed.

843 52nd Street: An LLC has filed applications for a six-story, 10-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 11,900 square feet at 841-843 52nd Street, in eastern Borough Park. Shiming Tam is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

2359 Stillwater Avenue: Applications have been filed for a four-story, four-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 5,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 2359 Stillwater Avenue, in southern Gravesend. Basic Groups Corps is designing.

QUEENS:

107-18 37th Drive: 33 Junction Corp. has filed applications for two three-story, two-unit mixed-use buildings — each measuring nearly 8,500 square feet — at 107-18 – 107-26 37th Drive, in North Corona. Chang Hwa Tan is designing, and an existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.

20 Gotham Walk: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story, single-family abode measuring 1,575 square feet at 20 Gotham Walk, in Breezy Point. The site’s former structure had been destroyed in 2012.

69-52 Thursby Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family abode measuring 1,050 square feet at 69-52 Thursby Avenue, in Arverne. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.
