162 East 64th Street [Curbed]: Rafael Viñoly’s design has been revealed for a planned six-story, single-unit mixed-use office and residential building at 162 East 64th Street, on the Upper East Side. Eduardo Urnekian is developing, and the former townhouse was razed in 2013.

132 Bowery [The Real Deal]: Developer Lau Management has acquired the block-through assemblage at 132 Bowery and 116 Elizabeth Street, in Little Italy, for $25 million. A three-story structure currently occupies 132 Bowery, and plans have yet to be disclosed.

1800 Park Avenue

1800 Park Avenue [Commercial Observer]: Continuum Company has amended applications with the DOB for their development at 1800 Park Avenue. Plans now include a 24-story, 670-unit mixed-use building, down from 32 floors, to span 1796-1816 Park Avenue, in northern East Harlem.

45-05 Rockaway Beach Boulevard

45-05 Rockaway Beach Boulevard [Brownstoner]: Filed last week, renderings have surfaced for the planned eight-story, 101-unit mixed-use building at 45-05 Rockaway Beach Boulevard, in Edgemere. Curtis & Ginsberg Architects is designing and the project has been dubbed Edgemere West.

42-60 Crescent Street

42-60 Crescent Street [The Court Square Blog]: Construction is up to the third floor of the planned 10-story, 40-unit mixed-use building at 42-60 Crescent Street, in Long Island City. Completion is expected in Fall 2015.
