774 Grand Street [Brownstoner]: Demolition of the single-story structure spanning 774-776 Grand Street — in Williamsburg — has completed, and excavation for the planned eight-story and 64-unit residential and retail building has begun. The 82,000 square-foot development is expected to “wrap in Fall 2015,” and Meshberg Group is the architect.

128-134 South 10th Street [NJ Advance Media]: The Greater Newark Housing Partnership is expected to begin construction of a four-story and 21-unit supportive and affordable housing development at 128-134 South 10th Street, in Fairmount. CTS Group is designing.

26-20 Jackson Avenue [The Court Square Blog]: The four-story and nine-unit building — with nearly 1,700 square feet of retail — is wrapping up construction at 26-20 Jackson Avenue, in Long Island City. Completion is likely in the next couple weeks.

1047 Amsterdam Avenue [Harlem+Bespoke]: Significant progress is evident at 1047 Amsterdam Avenue — in Morningside Heights — where St. John’s is construct a 15-story and 428-unit residential building of 331,000 square feet.

50 & 55 Hudson Yards [New York Times]: JPMorgan Chase is negotiating with city and state officials to “build a vast $6.5 billion corporate campus with two high-rise towers” between 33rd and 34th Streets and 10th and 11th Avenues, on the Far West Side. Related currently owns the properties and has planned 50 Hudson Yards and 55 Hudson Yards, which would both stand approximately 50 floors tall. Chase has proposed “62-story and 40-story towers, for a total of nearly four million square feet.”
