250 South Street: Extell has filed a slew of new building applications focusing on foundational and structural plans in conjunction with a 68-story residential tower at 250 South Street, in the Lower East Side. With demolition complete, and test-piling starting, excavation appears imminent.

Brooklyn:

19 Kent AvenueHeritage Equities is filing structural-plan applications to construct a 383,040 square-foot commercial building — spanning 10 floors — at 19-33 Kent Avenue, in Williamsburg. Located between 12th and 13th Streets, permits to demolish an existing one-story warehouse were approved in February; Gensler is designing.

599 Baltic Street“Park Slop Residence” has filed applications in “support of excavation” of a nine-story and 70-unit residential building of nearly 52,500 square feet at 593-599 Baltic Street, in Boerum Hill. Demolition of an existing warehouse began late last month; Steel Core Engineering is the architect of record.

76 Coffey StreetDikeman Street Realty has filed permits to construct a 3,500 square foot residential building — spanning three stories and housing three units — at 76 Coffey Street, in Red Hook. The corner lot is currently vacant, and Schneider Associates are designing.

Queens:

126-02 Locust Manor LaneD&F SP Development Group has submitted applications to construct an eight-story and 54-unit residential building of 50,000 square feet at 126-02 Locust Manor Lane, in Jamaica; Gerald J. Caliendo is designing.

18-38 42nd Street42 SPMM LLC has filed applications to construct a two-story warehouse of nearly 23,500 square feet at the vacant lots of 18-22 – 18-42 42nd Street, in Ditmars Steinway; Gerald Caliendo is designing.

47-53 159th StreetApplications have been filed to construct a two-story, single-family abode of 3,276 square feet at the vacant lot of 47-53 159th Street, in East Flushing; JLS Designs is the architect of record.

204-09 39th AvenueApplications have been filed to construct a three-story, single-family abode of 1,900 square feet at the vacant lot of 204-09 39th Avenue, in Auburndale; Shiming Tam is designing.
