Three Stories, 15 Residential Units Planned At 172-25 Baisley Boulevard, St. Albans

Property owner Helen Imanoel has filed applications for a five-building, 15-unit residential development spanning the lots of 172-25 – 172-35 Baisley Boulevard, in western St. Albans, Queens. Each building will stand three stories with three units, averaging 1,125 square feet. Gerald Caliendo is the architect of record, and an existing two-story, two-unit structure must first be demolished.
