Moshe Katlowitz will be responsible for the development.

The site is half a block from Greenpoint’s Southeast border with Williamsburg, along the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Builder Moshe Katlowitz will be responsible for the development, and today, YIMBY also has the first rendering for the project.
