Designed by Studio Gallos and developed by Gabriel Sakass of 1590 East 19th Street LLC, the structure yields 22 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,429 to $167,570.
