Fisher Brothers have completed a large-scale improvement project at Fisher Park, a publicly accessible urban space at 1345 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown, Manhattan. Major Renovation Project Revealed for 1345 Avenue of The Americas in Midtown, Manhattan

Earlier this week, Fisher Brothers Management Company unveiled the first new images of its $120 million renovation to 1345 Avenue of the Americas, a 625-foot-tall mid-century office skyscraper in Midtown. The improvements include a Wi-Fi-enabled public park with large-scale art installations, upgrades to the lobby, and the addition of a conference and amenity floor.

Exclusive Photos of Lobby and Entrance Renovation at 1345 Avenue of the Americas, Midtown

The lobby at 1345 Avenue of Americas has been renovated, and today, YIMBY has an exclusive first look inside the space. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill were commissioned by Fisher Brothers to redesign the interior. The owners wanted to replace the original white and tan marble with a brighter, more spacious lobby, and the photos indicate that the architects have accomplished exactly that.
