Available on NYC Housing Connect are two units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $79,440 to $122,160.
Residences feature in-unit washers and dryers, dishwashers, hardwood floors, and air conditioning. Amenities include a rooftop terrace, elevator, doorman, common area wifi, and secure building access. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove, heat, and hot water.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,117 for incomes ranging from $79,440 to $122,160.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than September 15, 2026.
