Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 1027 Dean Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Classon and Franklin Avenues, the lot is near the Franklin Avenue subway station, served by the A, C, and S trains. Shimon Brach is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 92-foot-tall development will yield 133,258 square feet, with 116,089 square feet designated for residential space and 17,168 square feet for manufacturing space. The building will have 81 residences with a total 170 units on the site, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 682 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.
