The affordable housing lottery has launched for 729 Rogers Avenue, a five-story residential building in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by Leandro Nils Dickson Architect and developed by Yosef Eliav, the structure yields ten residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,772 to $108,560.
Residences are equipped with washers and dryers, dishwashers, air conditioning, energy-efficient appliances, hardwood floors, outdoor terraces, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Amenities include pet-friendly policies. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove, heat, and hot water.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are three studios with a monthly rent of $2,022 for incomes ranging from $75,772 to $108,560.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 19, 2026.
