Located between Norton Avenue and Lacombe Avenue, the lot is closest to the Castle Hill Avenue subway station, served by the 6 train. Yitzi Salamon is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 42-foot-tall development will yield 11,303 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 807 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 20-foot-long rear yard and seven open parking spaces.
Navkiran Cheema of KMA Designs LLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the residential structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
