Permits have been filed for a ten-story mixed-use building at 645 4th Avenue in South Slope, Brooklyn. Located between 19th Street and 20th Street, the lot is near the Prospect Avenue subway station, served by the R train. HL&S LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 104-foot-tall development will yield 18,832 square feet, with 18,383 square feet designated for residential space and 449 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 28 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 656 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 14-foot-long rear yard.

Sharon Broyn of SWA Architecture PLLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in February for the single-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
