Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 721 Lincoln Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Rogers Avenue and Nostrand Avenue, the lot is near the Nostrand Avenue subway station, served by the 3 train. Jacob Schwimmer of JCS Realty is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 68,379 square feet, with 68,092 square feet designated for residential space and 287 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 100 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 680 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 20-foot-long rear yard, and 13 open parking spaces.

Shmuel Wieder of S. Wieder Architect P.C. is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

    It’s a terrible sin this beautiful building will be demolished. NYC needs to figure out how to do better.

    A permit was filed, for demolition, to build the new units.
