Permits have been filed for a 14-story mixed-use building at 2745 Atlantic Avenue in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. Located at the northeast corner of Bradford Street and Atlantic Avenue, the lot is near the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, served by the J and Z trains. Jerome Zwick is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 114-foot-tall development will yield 107,520 square feet, with 100,149 square feet designated for residential space and 7,371 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 150 residences, including 30 income-restricted units. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 48 enclosed parking spaces.
Kao Hwa Lee Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
