This is not Whitestone, the Avenue number is too high. 87th Ave/150th St is more like Jamaica/Hillcrest.
This is near Hillside Ave. in Jamaica.
Those balcony barrier walls should have a little peep door so people can talk to their neighbors.
Building is alright.
This address is no where near Whitestone.
This is 150-02 Hillside Avenue, Jamaica. It’s quite far from Whitestone.
Very beautiful building can I apply for one bedroom apartment i have cityfebs gor a very long time it’s possible I can get a transfer from N Y CITY cityfebs transfer
What is going on with that roof deck(?) already puddling with water in the sixth pic?
Figures someone who know NOTHING about Queens wrote the article. The first number in a majority of Queens addresses denotes the street or avenue. There is NO 87th Avenue in Whitestone; whoever said Hillcrest / Jamaica was probably spot on. Facts matter
130% AMI is unaffordable.
This is ridiculous, that is Not Affordable living.
Seems you’re catering to the others that left Manhattan, for lowing rent. So what about the Working Stiffs from the Community that need a place to live?? It’s Not Fair!!
