    The cellar might be difficult if the rocky outcrop is any indication of the depth of the bedrock.

    The lot is basically behind the townhome, entirely facing the path.

    Will that part of the park be upgraded into a road?

    The architect has a nice portfolio, this building could come out looking pretty good
