Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 141-21 84th Drive in Jamaica, Queens. Located between 85th Road and Burden Crescent, the lot is near the Briarwood subway station, served by the E and F trains. Jacob Ashkenazie is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 44-foot-tall development will yield 10,380 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 16 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 648 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 20-foot-long rear yard.
Ariel Golshan of AG Engineering PLLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
