Property owner Wing Kuen Tsoi has filed applications for a three-story, four-unit residential building at 278 Nassau Avenue, in eastern Greenpoint. The structure will measure 4,974 square feet. Each floor will host a single unit plus part of the building’s fourth apartment. The fourth apartment will have a townhouse-style configuration and will span across parts of all three floors. The residential units should average 1,243.5 square feet apiece, which means condominiums are likely in the works. Ying H. Li’s Brooklyn-based City Building NY Architect is the architect of record. The 25-foot-wide, 2,500-square-foot plot, located on the corner of Morgan Avenue, is currently occupied by a single-story commercial structure. The G train’s Nassau Avenue stop is 13 blocks away.
