31 Ainslie Street: Meyer Chetrit has filed applications at 29-37 Ainslie Street, in Williamsburg, for a five-story, 14-unit residential building. The building is associated with plans for a 14-story mixed-use building with residential units, hotel rooms and retail space at 500 Metropolitan Avenue. Kutnicki Bernstein is designing, and an old single-story warehouse was demolished in 2013.

STATEN ISLAND:

178 Kingdom Avenue: Niro, Inc. has filed applications for for a three-story, single-family residence measuring 3,920 square feet at the vacant lot of 178 Kingdom Avenue, in Prince’s Bay. Tony Sayad Architect is designing.

33 Allen Place: Filed last August, applications have surfaced to horizontally expand the existing single-family abode — at 33 Allen Place, in Annadale — to 1,950 square feet. The structure will stay one story tall.
