Brooklyn Strand [Curbed]: WXY Architecture has revealed renderings of the Brooklyn Strand, “a 21-acre greenway connecting the waterfront to the courthouses to Columbus Park,” in Downtown Brooklyn. The park project is “still in the planning stages.”

3735 Riverdale Avenue [Crain’s Business]: Simone Healthcare Development is now planning a 14-story, 48-unit residential building at 3735 Riverdale Avenue, in southern Riverdale. Newman Design is designing the project, and an existing 3.5-story structure must first be demolished.

250 Ashland Place

250 Ashland Place [Brooklyn Daily Eagle]: Gotham Organization’s 52-story, 586-unit mixed-use tower — located at 250 Ashland Place, in Fort Greene — is now above street level and rising. The building will house a wide range of income levels, and has been fully funded for completion.

70-35 113th Street [The Real Deal]: Jasper Venture Group has placed the seven-story, 107,000 square-foot former hospital building — located at 70-35 113th Street, in Forest Hills — on the market as a residential conversion. It’s estimated the 1.3-acre property will sell for something “in the mid-$20 million range.”

445 East Bay Drive [LI Herald]: SNCH has revealed plans for a two-story, 30,000 square-foot emergency department complex at 455 East Bay Drive — a site near the closed LBMC — in Long Beach. Dubbed South Nassau Medical Arts Pavilion, completion is expected “by late 2016 or early 2017.”

221-02 Horace Harding Expressway [Brownstoner]: The 33,700 square-foot property at 221-02 Horace Harding Expressway, in northern Oakland Gardens — currently home to a single-story strip mall — has been acquired for $16.98 million. The property is zoned for commercial and residential use, and boasts roughly 53,200 square feet of building potential.
