123 Clinton Avenue: Triangle Industrial Rehab Corp has filed applications for a four-story, nine-unit residential building measuring nearly 8,400 square feet at the vacant lot of 123 Clinton Avenue, in northern Clinton Hill. Colin Carpenter is the architect.

126 Van Sicklen Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 7,900 square feet at 126 Van Sicklen Street, in northern Gravesend. Philip Toscano is designing, and an existing two-story home must first be demolished.

221 Clarkson Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring nearly 7,600 square feet at the vacant lot of 221 Clarkson Avenue, in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Michael Avramides is designing.

QUEENS:

37-15 255th Street: Applications have been filed to expand the existing single-story, 1,376 square-foot home at 37-15 255th Street, in Rosedale, into a two-story, 2,500 square-foot single-family structure.

STATEN ISLAND:

221 Douglas Road: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, single-family residence measuring an astounding 11,900 square feet at 221 Douglas Road, in Emerson Hill. Peter Calvanico is designing, and an existing two-story abode must first be demolished.
