3733 Paulding Avenue: Yaran LLC has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring 2,040 square feet at the vacant lot 3733 Paulding Avenue, in Williamsbridge.

BROOKLYN:

752 Quincy Street: Infinity Properties has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 6,530 square feet at 752 Quincy Street, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant, near Broadway. Gerald Caliendo is designing, and an existing two-story structure was recently approved for demolition.

1367 73rd Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 3,900 square feet at 1367 73rd Street, in Dyker Heights. Ameriland Brook is the architect of record, and an existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.

STATEN ISLAND:

101 North Railroad Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a two-story, single-family residence measuring nearly 3,000 square feet at 101 North Railroad Avenue, in Grasmere. An existing single-story home passed pre-demolition inspection in February.

363 Ridgewood Avenue: P&C Building Corp. has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 2,500 square feet at the vacant lot of 363 Ridgewood Avenue, in northern Eltingville.

89 Glover Street: Narrows Industries Corp has filed applications for two three-story, single-family homes — each measuring 2.025 square feet at 89A-89B Glover Street, in southern Great Kills. An existing two-story home must first be demolished.
