550 West 29th Street: Cary Tamarkin has filed applications for his planned 12-story, 32-condo-unit mixed-use building to measure nearly 55,400 square feet at 550 West 29th Street, in West Chelsea. Goldstein Hill & West is the architect of record, and the existing three-story townhouse passed pre-demolition inspection in January.

BROOKLYN:

306 Park Avenue: Gold R LLC has filed applications for five three-story residential buildings — totaling a net 8,047 square feet and 14 units — to span the vacant lots 306-314 Park Avenue, in northern Clinton Hill. BTE Design Services is designing.

QUEENS:

109-15 72nd Road: Construction Mall Inc has filed applications for a seven-story, 23-unit mixed-use building measuring 27,225 square feet at 109-09 – 109-15 72nd Road, in Forest Hills. Chang Hwa Tan is designing, and an existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.

42-31 149th Street: Applications have been filed for two three-story, three-unit residential buildings — each measuring nearly 6,200 square feet — at 42-29 – 42-31 149th Street, in western Murray Hill. Chang Hwa Tan is designing, and the existing 2.5-story structure was recently approved for demolition.

9-28 Main Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family residence measuring 3,500 square feet at 9-28 Main Avenue, in west-central Queens. Carlos Defonseca is designing, and an existing two-story abode must first be demolished.

STATEN ISLAND:

17 Herbert Street: Savo Realty Corp. has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 3,600 square feet at the vacant lot 17 Herbert Street, in Price’s Bay. Diffendale & Kubes are designing.
