1361 Randall Avenue: Point H. Realty Corp. has filed applications for a two-story, 19,835 square-foot commercial building at 1361-1363 Randall Avenue, in Hunts Point. KDV Designs Architects is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

BROOKLYN:

15 Jefferson Street: The SCN Trust has filed applications for an eight-story, 15-unit mixed-use building measuring 23,500 square feet at 15 Jefferson Street, in northern Bushwick. 5D Architecture is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

102 Quincy Street: Applications have been filed for a five-story, 10-unit residential building measuring 6,900 square feet at the vacant lot 102 Quincy Street, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant. 5D Architecture is designing.

QUEENS:

1905 Starr Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, 16-unit residential building measuring roughly 11,000 square feet at the vacant lot 1905 Starr Street, in western Ridgewood. Panagis Georgopoulos is designing.

86-42 Palermo Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family residence measuring nearly 7,500 square feet at the vacant lot 86-42 Palermo Street, in Jamaica Heights. Salamon Engineering Group is the architect of record.

255-49 147th Road: An LLC has filed applications for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 2,300 square feet at the vacant lot 255-49 147th Road, in Rosedale. The site’s two-story predecessor had been demolished in 2008.

STATEN ISLAND:

406 Manhattan Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 2,900 square feet at the lots 402-406 Manhattan Street, in southern Tottenville. An existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in February.
