601 Washington Street: Filed in 2013, an LLC has revived plans for a nine-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 44,500 square feet at 601 Washington Street, at the southern edge of the West Village. BKSK Architects is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

BROOKLYN:

2881 Nostrand Avenue: Lisjen Realty has filed applications reviving plans, originally submitted in 2013, for a five-story, 26-unit residential building measuring 31,201 square feet spanning 2881-2897 Nostrand Avenue, in Marine Park. Issac & Stern is designing, and the existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in December.

285 Grand Street: Originally filed early last year, My Baby Grand LLC has revived plans for a four-story, two-unit mixed-use building measuring 9,922 square feet at 285 Grand Street, in Williamsburg. David Berridge is designing, and the site’s single-story predecessor was demolished in 2014.

806 Dekalb Avenue: An LLC has filed new applications for a five-story, 10-unit residential building measuring 7,500 square feet at 806 Dekalb Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Wu Chen, of InFocus, is designing, and an old single-story structure was demolished in 2014.

467 Tompkins Avenue: Applications have been filed for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 6,025 square feet at the vacant lot of 467 Tompkins Avenue, in southern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Rachel Frankel is designing, and the site’s four-story predecessor was removed in 1993.

QUEENS:

106 Roxbury Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for two-story, single-family abode measuring nearly 1,300 square feet at 106 Roxbury Avenue, in Roxbury. An old single-story structure was demolished in 2014.
