85 Rogers Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, 10-unit residential building measuring 7,443 square feet spanning 83-93 Rogers Avenue, in northwestern Crown Heights. Suresh Manchanda is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

2105 East 4th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family residence measuring 6,539 square feet at the vacant lot of 2105 East 4th Street, in eastern Gravesend. Jose L Ramirez is designing, and the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2011.

578 Sterling Place: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building measuring 5,240 square feet at 578 Sterling Place, in western Crown Heights. Steven Schneider is designing, and an existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in September.

324 Macon Street: Originally filed in early 2014, new applications have revived H. Holding Group’s plans for a four-story, two-unit residential building measuring 3,358 square feet at the vacant lot of 324 Macon Street, in south-central Bedford-Stuyvesant.

71 Cedar Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, two-unit residential building measuring 2,816 square feet at the vacant lot of 71 Cedar Street, in northern Bushwick. Grigori Zinkevitch is designing.

1311 East 94th Street: Cadillac Group has filed applications for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring 2,400 square feet at 1311 East 94th Street, in central Canarsie. An existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

QUEENS:

135-05 Northern Boulevard: Originally filed in 2013, new applications have revived plans for a seven-story, 39-unit mixed-use residential and commercial building measuring 49,201 square feet at 135-01 – 135-11 Northern Boulevard, in Flushing. Raymond Chan is designing, and existing single- and two-story structures must first be demolished.

32-57 38th Street: Fourels Associates has filed applications for a three-story, four-unit residential building measuring 3,343 square feet at 32-57 38th Street, in southern Astoria. Emanuel Kambanis is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse must first be demolished.

STATEN ISLAND:

138 Roma Avenue: Bluestone RRSI has filed applications for a three-story, single-family abode measuring 1,082 square feet at 138 Roma Avenue, in New Dorp Beach. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.
