MANHATTAN:

1228 York Avenue: The Rockefeller University has filed applications for a three-story, 152,600 square-foot academic building associated with plans to build over the FDR between 64th and 68th Street, on the Upper East Side. The University’s expansion consists of four new buildings, and Rafael Viñoly Architects is designing.

BROOKLYN:

836 Halsey Street: MCM Development has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring 2,430 square feet at 836 Halsey Street, in eastern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Olabanji B. Awosika is designing, and the site’s four-story predecessor was demolished in 2013.

QUEENS:

175 Woodward Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building, and a three-story, four-unit mixed-use building at the lots of 175 Woodward Ave and 19-02 Troutman St, respectively, in western Ridgewood. Tarantino Consulting Group is the architect of record, and existing single-story structures must first be demolished.

264-12 Hillside Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, 8,105 square-foot religious community structure to span 264-12 – 264-20 Hillside Avenue, in eastern Bellerose Floral Park. Manish S Savani is designing, and the site’s former single-story structure was demolished last month.

251-23 Grand Central Parkway: An LLC has filed applications for a two-story, single-family residence measuring 3,354 square feet at 251-23 Grand Central Parkway, in southern Little Neck. Zheng & Associates is designing, and an existing single-story abode must first be removed.
