1513 Gates Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 5,537 square feet at the vacant lot of 1513 Gates Avenue, in eastern Bushwick. Charles Mallea, of M Architecture, is designing.
QUEENS:
203 Beach 149th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family residence measuring 2,150 square feet at 203 Beach 149th Street, in Neponsit. An existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in 2013.
