303 East 44th Street: Triangle Assets has filed applications for a 41-story, 44-unit mixed-use tower measuring nearly 96,800 square feet at 303 East 44th Street, in Midtown East. ODA Architecture is designing, and two existing three- and four-story townhouses must first be demolished.

BROOKLYN:

599 New York Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a six-story, 22-unit mixed-use building measuring 16,300 square feet at 599-607 New York Avenue, in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Karl Fischer is designing, and an existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in January.

675 Marcy Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a six-story, 10-unit residential building measuring 8,610 square feet at 675 Marcy Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Michael Avramides is designing, and an existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in January.

402 Union Avenue: Originally filed in 2013, an LLC has revived their plans for a four-story, two-unit mixed-use building to measure nearly 4,700 square feet at 402 Union Avenue, in central Williamsburg. Olabanji B Awosika is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

QUEENS:

23-34 91st Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, 14-unit residential building measuring nearly 11,600 square feet at the vacant lot of 23-34 91st Street, in East Elmhurst. Royal Engineering is the architect of record.

188-20 Woodhull Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story, seven-unit residential building measuring 4,818 square feet at 188-20 Woodhull Avenue, in Hollis. Icon Engineering is the architect of record, and an existing two-story abode must first be demolished.
