BROOKLYN:

1178 47th Street: Applications have been filed for two four-story, four-unit residential buildings — with 10,407 square feet of combined residential space — at the lots of 1178-1180 47th Street, in central Borough Park. Vincent Martineau is designing, and an old three-story structure was demolished in 2014.

896 Kent Avenue: Kentway Realty has filed applications for a four-story, six-unit residential building of 4,926 square feet, and a four-story, eight-unit building of 9,150 square feet, both to span the lots of 896-898 Kent Avenue, in far-western Bedford-Stuyvesant. Asher Hershkowitz is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

243 Suydam Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building of 5,472 square feet at 243 Suydam Street, in northern Bushwick. Asher Hershkowitz is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse must first be demolished.

84 Visitation Place: Applications have been filed for a three-story, two-unit residential building of 2,500 square feet at the vacant lot of 84 Visitation Place, in Red Hook. Royal Engineering is the architect of record, and the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in 1996.
