BROOKLYN:

225 Pennsylvania Avenue: Applications have been revived for Cayre & Sons Acquisition’s five-story, 83,403 square-foot storage building to span 207-235 Pennsylvania Avenue, in northeastern East New York. SRA Architecture is designing, and an old gas station was removed in 2013.

820 East 3rd Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 12,243 square feet at 820 East 3rd Street, at the border of Kensington and Midwood. Bricolage is designing, and a three-story building must first be demolished.

1592 Pacific Street: Real Estate Investments has filed applications for a four-story, two-unit residential building measuring 3,910 square feet at 1592 Pacific Street, in north-central Crown Heights. Gerald Caliendo is designing, and an existing three-story townhouse passed pre-demolition inspection in December.

159 Hart Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, six-unit residential building measuring 3,809 square feet at the vacant lot of 159 Hart Street, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Suresh Manchanda, of L&C Associates, is the architect of record.

658 Berriman Street: SIT Realty has filed applications for a single-story, 2,000 square-foot warehouse at 658 Berriman Street, in central East New York. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

QUEENS:

57-40 Mazeau Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring 2,021 square feet at the vacant lot of 57-40 Mazeau Street, in eastern Maspeth. Christopher Compton is designing, and an old two-story structure was demolished in 2012.

237-22 93rd Road: Babloo Homes has filed applications for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring 1,700 square feet at the vacant lot of 237-22 93rd Road, in southern Bellerose Floral Park.

STATEN ISLAND:

62 Eadie Place: Opus Development Group has filed applications for two two-story, single-family houses — each spanning roughly 1,700 square feet — at the vacant lots of 62 and 66 Eadie Place, in New Brighton. Moss & Sayad Architects is designing.
