239 10th Avenue [Curbed]: Michael Shvo’s 12-story, eight-unit condo building planned for 239 10th Avenue — in West Chelsea — has been semi-revealed, and Peter Marino is designing. Dubbed The Getty, the building is expected to “be complete in about 18 months.”

605 West 42nd Street [Real Estate Weekly]: The Moinian Group has topped-out their 60-story, 1,189 rental-unit mixed-use building at 605 West 42nd Street, on the Far West Side. 235 units will be affordable, and 939 units will be leased market rate; completion is expected in late 2015.”

49-27 31st Street [Brownstoner]: A 66,500 square-foot parcel — located at 49-27 31st Street, in Long Island City — has sold for $14 million, and contains 133,060 square feet of development potential. The site is currently home to a 43,000 square-foot, single-story warehouse.

93 Reade Street [Curbed]: Knightsbridge Properties has plans to convert the existing five-story rental building — located at 93 Reade Street, in Tribeca — into four “high end condos.” The structure would receive a single-story addition, and a “total restoration of the original façade.” WORKac and CTS Group are designing.

11 Jane Street [The Real Deal]: Minskoff Equities has purchased a two-story parking garage structure at 11 Jane Street — in the West Village — for $26 million. The owner has not disclosed plans, but the property “could be converted into a mixed-use building with 41 apartments,” and contains 31,032 square feet of total building potential; redevelopment would need to trek through LPC approval.

200 Water Street [Curbed]: Megalith Capital Management and Urban Realty Partners are converting the existing four-story brick factory building — at 200 Water Street, in Dumbo — into a six-story, 15-unit condo building, and a teaser site has most recently been launched. Aufgang Architects is designing, and completion is expected in 2016.

215 Schermerhorn Street [Commercial Observer]: Developer Nicholas Cmmarato has placed the development site spanning 211-215 Schermerhorn Street — in Downtown Brooklyn — on the market for an undisclosed price. With the inclusionary housing bonus, the site yields 90,672 square feet of development potential.
