525 Willoughby Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building of nearly 7,200 square feet at 525 Willoughby Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Charles Mallea is designing, and the existing three-story townhouse was approved for demolition in October.

238 Richardson Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, five-unit residential building of 5,000 square feet at 238 Richardson Street, in northern Williamsburg. Anthony Cucich is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

272 51st Street: Colgate Maintenance Corp has filed applications for a three-story, 4,003-square-foot manufacturing building at 272 51st Street, in Sunset Park. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

124 North 1st Street: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit mixed-use building of 3,042 square feet at the vacant lot of 124 North 1st Street, in Williamsburg. Commercial space will total 1,105 square feet and David Schwartz is designing.

1465 64th Street: Regal Construction has filed applications for a single-story commercial building of 2,115 square feet at the vacant lot of 1465 64th Street, in northern Bensonhurst.

QUEENS:

51-35 Reeder Street: A Realty has been granted approval and has filed applications for the construction of a seven-story, 127-unit mixed-use building totaling 161,315 square feet at 51-35 Reeder Street, in Elmhurst. Commercial space will span 27,244 square feet, and community space 36,442; Chang Hwa Tan is designing.

132-53 41st Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a six-story, 14-unit mixed-use building of 14,282 square feet — with 3,375 square feet of community space — at 132-53 41st Avenue, in Flushing. Lin & Associates Architects is designing, and the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in 2012.

25-63 36th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, six-unit residential building of 5,000 square feet at 25-63 36th Street, in Astoria. Christopher Papa is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse must first be demolished.

50-29 102nd Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, three-unit residential building of 3,084 square feet at the vacant lot of 50-29 102nd Street, in Corona.

6 Bayway Walk: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a three-story, single-family home of nearly 2,900 square feet at 6 Bayway Walk, in Breezy Point. The site’s single-story predecessor was destroyed in 2012.

70-03 267th Street: Applications have been filed for two two-story, two-unit residential buildings — each of roughly 2,650 square feet — spanning 70-03 – 70-07 267th Street, in Glen Oaks. An existing 1.5-story structure must first be demolished.

116 Beach 219th Street: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story, single-family abode of 1,536 square feet at 116 Beach 219th Street, in Breezy Point. The site’s single-story predecessor was demolished in 2013.

25 Hudson Walk: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a single-story, single-family abode of 1,000 square feet at 25 Hudson Walk, in Breezy Point.

STATEN ISLAND:

34 Joline Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family home of 3,269 square feet at 34 Joline Avenue, in Tottenville. Peter Guidetti is designing, and demolition begun in October on the existing two-story abode.
