1324 Fulton Street [Brownstoner]: Crews are excavating ahead of the planned 10-story and 57-unit mixed-use building to span 1320-1328 Fulton Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant, which is being developed by Fulton Street South Redevelopment Company. Curtis + Ginsberg Architects are designing, and completion is anticipated in February 2016.

70 Henry Street [New York Daily]: Madison Estates and JMH Development have acquired the single-story building at 70 Henry Street — in Brooklyn Heights — for $7.5 million. The site comes with zoning allowing for a five-story building, but any plans must be approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission.

Essex Crossing Park [Curbed]: West 8 has released updated plans for the 15,000 square-foot Essex Crossing Park, spanning Broome Street between Clinton to Suffolk Streets, on the Lower East Side. Construction is “to begin in March 2015 and wrap up in 2017.”

111 East 24th Street [Commercial Observer]: Hotel developer Sam Chang has acquired a 99-year lease of the vacant lots spanning 111-115 East 24th Street, where he “plans to erect a hotel with at least 100 rooms.” The 6,000 square-foot site comes with 38,000 square feet of building potential.

125 West 97th Street [DNAinfo New York]: Jewish Home Lifecare has received “all the approvals it needs to begin construction” on their planned 20-story, 414-bed nursing home, to be built at the vacant lot at 125 West 97th Street, on the Upper West Side. Construction is to begin in early 2015 and “last through 2018.”

376 Franklin Avenue [Brownstoner]: A six-story, 20-unit residential building — located at 376 Franklin Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant — has topped out, and its façade is now rising. The 14,241 square-foot building is being developed by Tomer Development, and was designed by Oblabanji Awosika.
