1907 Southern Boulevard: Filed this past July, applications for the planned eight-story and 27-unit residential building on the vacant lot at 1907 Southern Boulevard, in Tremont, are in the process of being amended. The community facility is no longer included in the proposal, and the building’s size has been reduced to 18,667 square feet; Badaly & Badaly Architects are still designing.

BROOKLYN:

1317 New York Avenue: Excavation applications have been filed at the site of a planned seven-story, 34-unit residential building of 23,827 square feet at 1317 New York Avenue, in East Flatbush. Think Architecture & Design is listed as the architect, and demolition commenced on the existing three-story structure over the summer.

56 Frost Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building of 6,275 square feet at 56 Frost Street, in Williamsburg. De-Jan Lu Architects is designing, and demolition began in October on an existing single-story structure.

STATEN ISLAND:

154 Ebbitts Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, two-unit residential building of 3,400 square feet at 154 Ebbitts Street, in New Dorp Beach. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.
