50 Trinity Place: FIT Investment Corporation has filed applications for a 29-story, 188-key hotel building of nearly 72,100 square feet spanning the vacant lots of 50-52 Trinity Place, in the Financial District. The size of the building has been slightly reduced from earlier proposals, and Peter Poon is designing.


114 Woodbine Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building of 5,500 square feet at 114 Woodbine Street, in Bushwick. Thomas Kenneth is the architect of record, and the existing two-story structure passed pre-demo inspection in September.

5704 18th Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story, three-unit residential building of 4,870 square feet at 5704 18th Avenue, in southern Borough Park. An existing two-story abode was approved for demolition in May.

1217 Doone Court: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family home of 3,300 square feet at 1217 Doone Court, in Sheepshead Bay. An existing single-story abode was recently approved for demolition.


85 Serrell Avenue: Enbar Inc. has filed applications for four, three-story, two-unit residential buildings — each of nearly 2,000 square feet — spanning 77-89 Serrell Avenue, in Arden Heights. Demolition begun on an existing two-story abode in September.

123 North St. Austins Place: Cee-Jay Real Estate Development has filed applications for a two-story, single-family abode of nearly 1,600 square feet at the vacant lot of 123 North St. Austins Place, in Randall Manor.
