1 West End Avenue [Commercial Observer]: Silverstein Properties and Elad Group are seeking “about $500 million in construction funds” to develop a mixed-use 366-unit tower at 1 West End Avenue, located within the Riverside Center redevelopment on the Far West Side.

Sunnyside Yards Development [Queens Courier]: Community Board 2 has approved “to begin a feasibility study regarding building a platform above the railroad tracks” of the Sunnyside Yards, in Long Island City; the area being considered runs from 21st Street to Queens Boulevard, and new construction could include “a hospital, affordable housing, a school, [or] public space.”
