BROOKLYN:
401 95th Street: J&J Property & Management Group has filed additional applications for a seven-story and 22-unit residential and retail building of nearly 27,600 square feet spanning 401-419 95th Street, in Bay Ridge. Demolition began on an existing two-story building in August, and Grand Millennium Consulting is listed as the architect of record.
1134 57th Street: An LLC has filed applications for two, three-story and two-unit residential buildings — each spanning nearly 9,000 square feet — at 1134-1136 57th Street, in Borough Park. Demolition of an existing 2.5-story structure was finished in July, and Thomas Tung is listed as the architect.
186 29th Street: F&F Property Management has filed for a four-story and six-unit residential building of 5,008 square feet at 186 29th Street, in Greenwood; an existing two-story townhouse must first be demolished, and Bricolage is designing.
QUEENS:
94-50 45th Avenue: Applications have been filed for a five-story and eight-unit residential building of 6,488 square feet at 94-50 45th Avenue, in Elmhurst; an existing garage structure was approved for demolition earlier this month, and Platonic Solids Architecture is designing.
9 Fulton Walk: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story and single-family abode of 1,585 square feet at 9 Fulton Walk, in Breezy Point; the site’s existing structure had been destroyed by Hurricane Sandy.
STATEN ISLAND:
909 Jewett Avenue: Applications have filed for a two-story and single-family abode of 2,525 square feet at the vacant lot of 909 Jewett Avenue, in Castleton Corners.
52 Doty Avenue: “Three Generations Inc.” has filed applications for a two-story and single-family abode of 1,023 square feet at 52 Doty Avenue, in Arrochar; demolition began in July on an existing single-story structure.
