223 West 77th Street: The Naftali Group has filed applications for their planned development spanning 219-223 West 77th Street, on the Upper West Side; the residential building will span nearly 79,900 square feet, split between 25 units, and will stand 18 stories tall. The existing five-story parking garage was approved for demolition in July, and Goldstein Hill & West is designing.

BROOKLYN:

464 East 22nd Street: Ditmas Park Care Center has filed applications for a six-story and 4,400 square-foot community facility at 464 East 22nd Street, in Flatbush-Ditmas Park; an existing two-story townhouse was approved for demolition in September, and Gertler & Wente is designing.

16 Hubbard Place: Applications have been filed for a three-story and three-unit residential building of 3,528 square feet at the vacant lot of 16 Hubbard Place, in Flatlands; Walter Maffei is designing.

QUEENS:

58-19 39th Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story and three-unit residential building of 3,034 square feet at the vacant lot of 58-19 39th Avenue, in Woodside.

41 Jamaica Walk: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story and single-family abode of 2,080 square feet at 41 Jamaica Walk, in Breezy Point.

131-38 41st Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a single-story and nearly 2,000 square-foot manufacturing building at 131-38 41st Avenue, in Downtown Flushing; the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in February.

33 Jamaica Walk: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story and single-family abode of 1,568 square feet at 33 Jamaica Walk, on Breezy Point.

146 Bedford Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a single-story and single-family home of 1,226 square feet at 146 Bedford Avenue, on Breezy Point.

STATEN ISLAND:

117 Madsen Avenue: Surfside Development Corp. has filed applications for three, three-story and two-unit residential buildings — two of nearly 3,000 square feet, and a third of 3,803 square feet — spanning the lots of 109-117 Madsen Avenue, in Charleston. A two-story home was demolished in August, at No. 117.

21 Parkwood Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story and two-unit residential building of 3,159 square feet at the vacant lot of 21 Parkwood Avenue, in Prince’s Bay.

31 Taft Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,860 square feet at the vacant lot of 31 Taft Avenue, in St. George.

362 Brighton Street: Applications have been filed for three, three-story residential buildings at 362-368 Brighton Street, in Tottenville; two buildings will span 2,370 square feet and have two units each, and the third will span 2,683 square feet as a single-family home. Two existing two-story structures must first be demolished.

443 Hanover Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story and single-family abode of 1,268 square feet at the vacant lot of 443 Hanover Avenue, in Park Hill.
