1107 Dekalb Avenue: Applications have been filed for an eight-story and 56-unit mixed-use building of 40,911 square feet spanning 1103-1107 Dekalb Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant; the site’s single-story predecessor was recently demolished, and Salamon Engineering is listed as the architect.

82 Jefferson Street: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story and 24-unit residential building of 16,426 square feet spanning 82-86 Jefferson Street, in northern Bushwick; an existing single-story structure must first be demolished, and Charles Mallea is designing.

37 Duffield Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story and seven-unit residential building of 6,629 square feet at the vacant lot of 37 Duffield Street, in Downtown Brooklyn. A separate four-story and seven-unit building — of 4,772 square feet — was filed spanning 178-182 Concord Street; Issac & Stern is designing.

162 Central Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story and six-unit residential building of 4,509 square feet at the vacant lot of 162 Central Avenue, in Bushwick; Charles Mallea is designing.

21 North Henry Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story and six-unit residential building of 4,311 square feet at 21 North Henry Street, in northern Williamsburg; an existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in June.

74 Vernon Avenue: Applications have been filed for two, four-story and three-unit residential buildings — each of 4,000 square feet — spanning 74-82 Vernon Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant. An existing single-story structure passed pre-demolition inspection in August.

8758 23rd Avenue: Applications have been filed for a second three-story and three-unit residential building of 3,612 square feet — this time designated for No. 8760 32rd Avenue — in Gravesend. A two-story predecessor was demolished last spring.

469 Union Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story and single-family townhouse of 2,336 square feet at the vacant lot of 469 Union Street, in Gowanus.

1742 East 93rd Street: Yaj Developers have filed applications for four three-story and two-unit residential buildings — each of 1,875 square feet — spanning 1742-1752 East 93rd Street, in southern Canarsie. The existing single-story abode passed pre-demolition inspection in August.

QUEENS:

121-22 Roosevelt Avenue: The USTA National Tennis Center has filed applications for a double-deck and nearly 25,000 square-foot tennis stadium at 121-22 Roosevelt Avenue, in Flushing Meadows; Rossetti is designing.

32-04 38th Avenue: AYG Enterprises LLC has filed applications for a six-story and 20-unit mixed-use building of 16,070 square feet spanning 32-02 – 32-04 38th Avenue, in Long Island City. The site’s 2.5-story predecessor was demolished in August, and ND Architecture is designing.

186-05 Radnor Road: Applications have been filed for a two-story and single-family abode of 4,406 square feet at 186-05 Radnor Road, in Jamaica Estates; an existing garage must first be demolished, and JLS is designing.

149-57 Beech Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story and two-unit residential building of 3,606 square feet at 149-57 Beech Avenue, in East Flushing. An existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished, and John Chen is designing.

223 Oceanside Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a single-story and single-unit abode of 688 square feet at 223 Oceanside Avenue, in Breezy Point.

STATEN ISLAND:

155 Richmond Terrace: NYCEDC has filed applications for a three-story and 316,608 square-foot commercial structure at 155 Richmond Terrace — located at the foot of the planned New York Wheel — in St. George; the 625-foot-tall Ferris wheel is expected to be complete by 2016, and Perkins Eastman is designing the retail component.

62 Lincoln Avenue: Applications have been approved to construct a three-story and two-unit residential building of 2,654 square feet at the vacant lot of 62 Lincoln Avenue, in Midland Beach.
