1587 East 19th Street: Central Realty 2013 has filed applications to construct an eight-story and 84-unit residential building of 73,092 square feet at the vacant parcel of 1587 East 19th Street, in Midwood. Hui Zeng of ABC Engineering is listed as the architect.

49 Van Buren Street: NYCHP has filed applications for three, three-story and two-unit townhouses — each of roughly 3,350 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 47-51 Van Buren Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant; Curtis + Ginsberg is designing.

869 Van Siclen Avenue: NYCHP has filed for a second housing project — this time a four-story and 27-unit residential building of 30,312 square feet — at the vacant parcel of 879 Van Siclen Avenue, in East New York. The building is adjacent to planned developments at No. 869, and Dattner is designing.

327 Clifton Place: “Neighborhood Restore HDFC” has filed applications for a three-story and two-unit residential building of 2,958 square feet at the vacant lot of 327 Clifton Place, in Bedford-Stuyvesant; Curtis + Ginsberg is designing.

494 Gates Avenue: NYCHP has filed applications for a three-story and two-unit residential building of 2,385 square feet at the vacant lot of 494 Gates Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant; Curtis + Ginsberg is designing.

716 Lafayette Avenue: NYCHP has filed applications for two, three-story and two-unit townhouses — each of 2,376 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 716-718 Lafayette Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant; Curtis + Ginsberg is again designing.

QUEENS:

149-36 16th Road: “Euro Nest Corp.” has filed a third application for another two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,200 square feet at 149-34 16th Road, in Whitestone. Two other permitswith similar plans have been submitted for adjacent lots, and an existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.

221-64 91st Road: An LLC has filed applications for a two-story and two-unit residential building of 1,961 square feet at the vacant lot of 221-64 91st Street, in Queens Village; the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2010.

414 Bard Avenue: “Tunnel to Towers Foundation” has filed applications for a two-story and single-family abode — spanning nearly 3,100 square feet — at the vacant lot of 414 Bard Avenue, in Randall Manor.
